Travel Planning Consultation:

Point to point trip planning assistance based on a specific destination*, custom itinerary design tailored to client interests, travel coordination, VIP/preferred partner perks** through global connections, in-trip assistance, and post trip follow-up.

Trip Design Fees
ONE PERSON, COUPLE, FAMILY - Up to 1 week: $250  | Up to 2 weeks: $400  |  2 weeks+: $400 (to be assessed)

GROUPS/MULTI-GENERATIONAL - Up to 1 week: $175***  |  Up to 2 weeks: $250***  |  2 weeks+: $300 (to be assessed) 
                                    
* A free consultation call (the “Discovery Call”) is available to help determine preferred travel destination. If proposals are required across multiple destinations, a custom design fee will be assessed.
** VIP/Preferred Partner Perks typically include complimentary breakfast for two, hotel credit, prioritized early check-in/late check-out and room upgrades (based on availability)
*** Fees are per room required for the group

Covid Protocols Surcharge: Due to complexities of navigating dynamic covid protocols, multi-country trip planning requires an additional $100 charge per country for travel through 2022.

Expedited Planning Surcharge (within two weeks of departure date): $150

Round-Trip Airfare Ticketing/Change/Cancellation
Flight route research, seat selection, dietary or mobility assistance, monitoring and advising flight changes. Voluntary flight changes and cancellations (client initiated) will be billed per person/per ticket change and/or cancellation fee. Airline initiated flight changes or cancellations will not incur additional fees. Fee: $125 per person per ticket for new booking and voluntary changes / cancellations

Hotel Booking Services:

• For hotel only bookings not requiring any other travel planning assistance, the above Trip Design Fees can be waived in order to obtain VIP / preferred partner perks* for clients. To have the fee waived- the city, hotel preference and dates must be provided. A quote can be requested for up to three preferred partner hotels. The attached “Traveler Agreement & Credit Card Authorization” form would need to be completed authorizing a planning fee in the event no travel is booked or travel is canceled.  Note: Considering the complexities of covid, waiving hotel-only booking fees is not possible in destinations involving covid protocols (e.g., International, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVIs).

Notes:

• Upfront trip design fees and expedited planning surcharges may be adjusted due to the complexity and duration of the trip. Adjustments to the above fees will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

• Availability and price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested and cannot be guaranteed until payment is made.

• Quotes in a foreign currency fluctuate with exchange rates and international payments may carry a foreign transaction fee.

• If hardcopy documents are required, shipping expenses are billed to client.
